Why is my Stepes account blocked?
If your account is locked, there are three main reasons.
- You are using too many language pairs (>3).
- Your IP address is linked to multiple accounts or we found more than one email address with your name in the system. If you get a message informing you that you are blocked, please check these two issues first. If none of them apply to you, please contact our support team.
- The last reason could be that your profile information is not properly filled out. Please check if we have all necessary data.
