How does the payment process work?

Currently, translators get paid via PayPal. You can withdraw your earnings after 30 days, since Stepes offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for clients. Within these 30 days it’s possible that paid amounts are withdrawn from your account by Stepes. This happens if the client is dissatisfied with the quality of the translation and is requesting the money back. You will be notified via email if this happens.  Please note that you will also not be reimbursed if you don’t comply with the Stepes etiquette guide or review disclosed information about the client.
